About Win Percentage

Win percentage is a metric that shows how often a pitcher wins when they are responsible for a win or a loss. It is calculated by dividing wins by the number of decisions which is the sum of wins and loses. No descisions are not reflected in win percentage. Generally, for Win Percentage, higher is better.
